“None of us is born with the right face. It’s a tough job being a portrait photographer.”
Seeing as I started this challenge in January with a self portrait, I thought it would be fitting to end it with one. Also, learning a few things in Lightroom, liking it so much better than Photoshop. Also couldn’t decide on color or b&w so here are both!
Thankful for life’s little moments.
1st Photo: Marley’s nail went up Elliott’s nose.

I couldn’t stop laughing!
Spending some of my day off shooting for my “Unapologetic” series. Trying to get to 20 photos before I start showing and have to wait until after May to complete it.
“It’s nice to just embrace the natural beauty within you.”
“The other night dear, as I lay sleeping
I dreamed I held you in my arms
But when I awoke, dear, I was mistaken
So I hung my head and I cried
You are my sunshine, my only sunshine
You make me happy when skies are gray
You’ll never know dear, how much I love you
Please don’t take my sunshine away”
“Spring passes and one remembers one’s innocence.
Summer passes and one remembers one’s exuberance.
Autumn passes and one remembers one’s reverence.
Winter passes and one remembers one’s perseverance.”

“Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.” …
This photograph started out as something an suddenly shifted to something more.
This was supposed to be week three but my weeks were messing up and I kept ending up with five weeks so I purposely skipped a week. It’s my challenge, don’t judge me lol.
“Art does not lie down on the bed that is made for it; it runs away as soon as one says its name; it loves to go incognito. Its best moments are when it forgets what it is called.”
